Guaranteed Rent

Providing you a no-risk option, we guarantee that your rent is paid on time every month, whether your property is tenanted or vacant. Ideal for busy landlords, first-time investors or those that are migrating, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that all of your financial commitments will be met.

We recognise that a landlord’s happiness is tied to whether the tenancy is a success. This is why we maintain good relationships with carefully selected tradesmen, ensuring any repairs or maintenance is completed quickly and to a high standard.

We create a tailor-made marketing strategy for your property following a property inspection, by taking into account the local amenities, transport links and services offered around the property.

The tailored marketing allows us to attract the right kind of tenants, and quicker. Each tenant is fully reference-checked to ensure suitability and we undertake periodical visits throughout their tenancy. The rent will be paid directly into your bank account whether the property is empty or occupied for the duration of your agreement and we will provide you with monthly rent statements. You as a Landlord would by-pass all risks of void periods, rent arrears, evictions, etc.

Full Management

You will receive the same dedicated service as with Guaranteed Rental, however the rent will be paid to you when we receive this from the tenant. With full management we will source a high calibre tenant for your property and prepare all the relevant documentation, including collecting references, receiving the deposit and forwarding the rent directly to your bank account.

Should your tenant inform us of any repairs or maintenance issues at the property, we will take instructions from you and ensure the work is completed quickly by one of our carefully selected tradesmen.

Rent Collection

Our rent collection service is designed for those who are looking for a more hands-on approach.

We will seek to find you a suitable prospective tenant through niche marketing. You’re then able to personally manage your property whilst we support you by collecting the deposit and rent.

Introduction Only

Many of our experienced clients prefer to manage all aspects of their property portfolio, but require support in their search to find suitable tenants. Our proven strategy has been designed to achieve successful tenancies. For a completely hands-on approach, this is the service for you.

Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme

As a landlord you are required to place any deposit in a government-backed tenancy deposit scheme (TDP). We are members of the government-approved Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme and therefore able to manage this aspect of the tenancy for you.
